WeEngage commissioned this work in two parts: a broader image bank covering editorial and social media use, and a more structured set of individual staff portraits built specifically for the company’s organizational chart. The image bank portion was shot with the same range-over-specificity approach as any ongoing content library, flexible shots meant to be reused across different communications rather than tied to one campaign, while the staff portraits followed a consistent, repeatable setup for each person, so that every employee’s portrait would sit uniformly alongside the others once placed into the finished org chart.
