Brazilian footballer Vinicius Junior, playing for Real Madrid, sparked discussions after visiting Morocco and posting pictures on Instagram wearing the Moroccan national team shirt. Further sparking interest, his trip included a visit to a high school in Marrakech. UNESCO celebrated his visit on their social media platform, stating on Monday, Vinicius, «UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Education for All, visited a secondary school in Marrakech, a UNESCO Learning City».
